A “bonus” or “promotion” at CasinoTogether can refer to free spins, any type of deposit bonus but also any amount added directly to your player account.

1. How cash balances and bonus balances work

1.1  When making a deposit, the amount you deposit is added to a “cash balance” and the associated bonus amount is added to a “bonus balance”.

1.2  At any time the amount of the cash balance may be subject to a withdrawal request, in accordance with the general withdrawal terms.

1.3  When you have an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.

1.4  Your bonus balance is only available when playing as an individual. Only real money from your cash balance can be used when using our play together feature.

1.5  The bonuses and winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, once the bonus wagering conditions have been satisfied. The progress of the wagering requirements is visible in your account by clicking on “Active bonuses”.

2. Welcome Bonus wagering conditions

2.1  By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus value unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.

2.2  Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of said bonus.

2.3  When you have fulfilled the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to your cash balance.

2.4  In the event that you make a withdrawal request before having fulfilled the wagering requirements, both the current bonus and the pending free spins and bonuses will be canceled automatically.

2.5  Each game has a contribution value towards the wagering requirements. Slot machine games contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and other games contribute 10%.

2.6  The bonus wagering conditions must be fulfilled within 30 days of activation. In the event that the wagering conditions are not met within this timeframe, both bonus funds & the winnings associated with the bonus will be forfeited.

2.7  Whilst playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet allowed is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per spin or round. If you place a bet greater than this amount, the bonus as well as the winnings will be forfeited.

2.8   For games that contain a "bonus buy" or "feature buy" option, the bet will count as the total cost of the spin, not the stake or value of the game round the bonus buy or feature buy is played at. For example, playing Money Train at €1 stake and the bonus buy is 80x the stake value (€80). In this case, the bet size for this round would be €80.

2.9  Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.

3. Free spins

3.1  Free spins winnings generate a bonus. Thereafter, the general bonus conditions apply to this new bonus.

3.2  Free spins are valid for 48 hours from the issue date unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.

3.3  If you request a withdrawal while there are free spins in your account, the free spins will be forfeited.

3.4  Deposits linked to free spins can only be withdrawn if they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.

4. Reload Bonuses & Instant Bonuses

4.1  From time to time, customer support agents may award an instant match bonus, deposit bonus spins, free spins, free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill on a case by case scenario. In such cases and independently on the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 4 times the value of the original bonus granted. Exceptions may be made depending on your status and at our sole discretion.

4.2 You can only apply for reload bonuses if you have no pending withdrawal(s).

5. General Bonus Terms & Conditions

5.1  By participating in promotions and / or accepting to receive the bonus (s) offered by CasinoTogether, You (herein the “Player”) declares to accept the terms and conditions related to the offer or the bonus automatically as well as the general terms and conditions of the promotions listed on this page.

5.2  A Player can receive a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.

5.3  Bonuses and promotional offers are not accumulative (unless otherwise indicated) and can only be granted once per person, household, phone number or IP address.

5.4  The minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 20 EUR, unless stated otherwise.

5.5  In the event that a Player is eligible for a promotional bonus, the bonus must be selected in  the cashier when depositing.

5.6  CasinoTogether reserves the right to cancel any bonus plus any winnings in the event of fraud or in the event that the player has placed bets at almost zero risk for the purpose of fulfilling the bonus wagering requirement.

5.7  Any winnings relating to a non-legitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or subsequent winnings.

5.8  The bonuses offered by the casino are only intended for players looking for entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not allowed.

5.9  In the event of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as cancel / revoke any ongoing gaming activity and refund the initial deposit.

5.13  A Player reserves the right to choose not to receive a bonus. In this case, the players must contact customer service before placing any wagers in order to remove the current bonus, and to deactivate the receipt and display of any future bonuses.

5.14  We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version takes priority.

5.15  Bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Engaging in the below practices may result in the cancellation of winnings and may also lead to the suspension of the account and / or any future promotional offers (list not exhaustive):

• Using multiple Account(s)
• Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us
• Wagering bonuses on excluded Games (see term 5.18)
• Co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source
• Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviours which amount to deliberate cheating
• Hiding IP addresses or using a VPN
• Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements to fulfill
• Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure
• Applying game manipulation strategies such as the use of Martingale, the Paroli Betting System or the Bonus Hunt on the built-up value during real-money play

5.16  CasinoTogether reserve the right to reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

5.17  Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.
